Transylvanian Pharmacist Dynasties. Part I.

The present paper is the 1st part of a study dealing with transylvanian pharmacist dynasties of the 18th and 19th centuries. Those families are considered pharmacist dynasties that were pharmacists at least through three generation. Dynasty members are presented in chronological order, begining with the founder of the dynasty, followed by his/her direct descendants and those pharmacists who became familiy members through marriage. The current paper presents the members of the Pildner from Steinburg by origin, and Kontesveller families, the Penkert and Hints families and describes their activities.
